When first launching an application you will receive a security warning asking if you want to trust the remote connection.
Click on the desired application, or the ITC Desktop icon (to launch a generic virtual desktop).
You will need to sign out, and log back into with your ACCOUNTS\WustlKey credentials instead. Note that you will NOT be able to use the Connect to Work Computer tab while logged in with your WUDOSIS credentials.
Once logged on you will see a screen similar to the one below.

The Remote Desktop tab will allow you to connect to your work computer remotely.
Click the Sign out link in the upper-right, and log back in with your WUDOSIS credentials if you’d like to use any of the clinical RemoteApp Programs. Note that the RemoteApp Programs you will see while logged in with ACCOUNTS\WustlKey ID are different than the apps you will see when logged in with your WUDOSIS credentials.
Click on the Connect to Work Computer tab.
Once logged on you will see a screen that includes a Connect to Work Computer tab.

Option 2: Open the ITC Remote Desktop through IE
Hit OK to open your ITC Remote Desktop.
Click remember my credentials, if you’d like. The first time you log in, you will likely need to change the login credentials to your WUDOSIS username.
A login window will appear, with your account username.
Click Connect in the window that pops up. Locate this file (usually in downloads), and drag to your desktop.
